Food Bank and Blessing Shop Serving Together

Every third Thursday of the month the Food Bank of the Southern Tier comes to the fire hall on Front Street and provides over 100 people from Wellsburg and the surrounding area with food. WNC is taking this opportunity to open the Blessing Shop during the food bank distribution. Our very own Belle has volunteered to oversee the shop during and after food bank hours, and last Thursday 25 people visited the shop and left with FREE clothing! We rejoice at the opportunity to work with other members of the community to give to those in need. 

If you know of anyone--inside or outside the church--in need of clothing for the family, send them to the Blessing Shop! We have clothing in all sizes for all members of the family.

Guidelines for donating:

Clean
Smoke-free
No rips, stains, holes, missing buttons, etc.
Reasonably up to date
In season (we are now taking spring and summer clothing only)

Hours Open:

Sundays 9:30-10:30am
               12:00-1:00pm

Mondays 9:30-11:00am
Wednesdays 7:00-9:00pm
